1. How do I obtain a login name and password? You can request the login name and password by email, fax or phone. A copy of your resale license is required.2. What is the minimum opening order? Minimum $300 for opening order, $150 for reorders.3. What terms does CG Glass accept? For first purchase;we accept credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). For reorders; we accept Net 30 (subject to credit approval) and credit card. We do not accept C.O.D.4. How are these items packed? Most items are packed individually with polyfoam. Item number and UPC barcode are printed on the cover of the inner carton.5. Can I get a copy of the sales and order policy?
